Alhamdulillah, I had the opportunity to perform Hajj 2026 with Pakland Travels with my wife and elderly mother in law. Our overall my experience was beyond excellent.
From the initial booking stage, the Pakland Travels team was helpful and very responsive. They provided clear information regarding hajj travel arrangements, accommodation, and Hajj procedures. Pakland Travels states that they have been serving pilgrims for 34 years and operates as a registered Hajj organizer, which gave us confidence during the booking process.
The accommodation and transport arrangements were very well managed. The group leaders Wasif Raza bhai and Muhammed Ala were extremely supportive throughout the journey and made every possible effort to guide pilgrims during the various stages of Hajj. Their assistance was particularly valuable during busy periods when large crowds and logistical challenges are unavoidable. Wasif Bhai Pakland helped my elderly mother in law in
Law by holding her hand, providing support in performing Umrah and Jamarat.
The pre-Hajj guidance sessions and regular updates helped us to prepare both spiritually and practically for the pilgrimage. Whenever issues arose, the Muhammed Ala and Wasif bhai were very approachable and willing to assist regardless of day or night.
Overall, I found Pakland Travels to be a reliable and organized Hajj operator. I would highly recommend them to pilgrims looking for a company that provides guidance, support, and a well-structured Hajj experience.

Dear all, without any exaggeration I am thankful to Allah Almighty for the company of such a supportive and caring team that didn't let us feel the absence of our sons and brothers during the entire journey. These people were exceptionally accommodating and friendly. Everything was well organised, well planned and delivered as promised. The Arkaan of hajj were performed on time and according to the sunnah which was the most important aspect for us. From transportation to accommodation and food everything was as excellent and as promised. We will choose them again for Hajj inshallah and 100% recommend them. Thankyou Ala bhai and Wasif Bhai.

Hajj 2025 Review – A Truly Blessed and Well-Organised Journey (Naeem & Assia)
Alhamdulillah, our Hajj experience with this company was smooth, spiritually fulfilling, and exceptionally well-organised. From start to finish, the team ensured that we were able to perform our Hajj rites in a timely and stress-free manner.
A special mention must go to the organisers, Ala and Wasif, who worked tirelessly throughout the journey. Their dedication, effort, and calm approach helped everything run smoothly for the Hujjaj, and their hard work did not go unnoticed. The organisers remained responsive throughout and dealt with any issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring that Hujjaj were never inconvenienced.
The Mina and Arafat accommodation was very comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful setup. We were provided with three meals a day, and water, drinks, and snacks were readily available at all times — a much-needed support during the demanding days of Hajj..
Our stay in Dhalla Taibah, Madinah was fantastic — the hotel was of a high standard, and the food provided three times daily was always delicious and satisfying.
If there is one area for improvement, it would be the Aziziya hotel, which could benefit from an upgrade to match the high standard set by the rest of the package.
Overall, we are grateful for a well-managed and spiritually uplifting Hajj. Jazakum Allahu Khayran to the entire team!
