Package cost per person with economy class return Air ticket through direct or in-direct any available carrier operating during Hajj from Pakistan. Hotel provide extra beds to make triple & quad room in standard double bed room occupancy. Single travelers will be accommodated in Double or Triple sharing rooms subject to avalability. Any changes to the airline ticket on return travel date may affect the package price for Madinah Hotel. Private vehicle service or Train service also available by paying extra charges for Jeddah to Makkah, Makkah to Madinah & or madinah airport, or exclusive Mashire service for Mina on GMC through registered transport company. Overses hujjaj will be book their airticket from their country to Jeddah (9/10 May) & from Madinah (22/23 May) by self (with our assistance & guidence). Please dont book airticket before 9 May and after 10 May 2359 hours & from Madinah after 23 May 2027. Hotel Checkout time is 23 May 2027 12:05pm from Med.

- 10 Nights in Makkah Aziziya building with Full Board meal.
- 03 Nights in Madinah Markaziya 4 star Saudi Standard with Half Board meal.
- Maktab Category A with Full Board meal
- Hajj package subject to final confirmation & authorization by Ministry of Religious Affairs, GOP. Any additional fee or taxes imposed by KSA will be payable by the Hajj applicant.
- Qurbani is not included in the package.

HAJJ POLICY AND GUIDELINES
Hajj Quota and Application Confirmation
The limited Hajj quota for 2027 will be allocated by the Ministry of Religious Affairs (MORA) the Government of Pakistan (GOP) has announced the Hajj 2027 policy. Hajj applications will be confirmed strictly on a First Come, First Served basis.
- Package Customization
Customization of packages for double, triple, or quad-sharing in Azizia and Medina is subject to space availability and will also follow the First Come, First Served rule. - Additional charges for customization will be borne by the pilgrim as per their chosen package.
Accommodation and Facilities
Mina: Services will be provided under Category A Maktab with air-conditioned tents. Separate sections will be arranged for men and women, as per Saudi Arabia’s Hajj guidelines. Tent will accommodate 16 x 2 pilgrims. However,tents may be merged to accommodate 32 pilgrims in a larger space. Provision of additional private wash room is dependent on KIDANA/TAWAF and MOH KSA policy.
Arafat: Air-conditioned marquees (split into separate sections for men and women) will accommodate an average of 150 pilgrims in each section.
- Allocation of Maktab Category A (Zone 1 is subject to confirmation by MOH KSA.) Zone 1 allocated to us in 2026, 2025, 2024.
Transportation
Group Transport: Air-conditioned transport will be available for group movements during Hajj days.
Overseas Pakistani (For Jeddah to Makkah) Those who traveled outside Pakistan
can book their own train by self during morning Train time because operation in night train servive not available,
can also avail shared Bus service to Makkah Aziziya Accommodation which is with long delays to reach Makkah. (already paid in hajj visa)
.Private Transport (For Jeddah to Makkah, Optional): If private transport or train bookings are required (e.g., Jeddah to Makkah, Makkah to Medina, Medina to Jeddah, or Medina to Medina Airport), additional charges will apply.
Shuttle Service for Aziziya: 24-hour shuttle service will operate from the Azizia building to Haram until 7th Z’Hijjah. only the drop-off point will be the nearest possible location to Haram as per Saudi regulations, return from Haram by self through Taxi / Cab service or Wait for shuttle service for max 2-3 hours due to peak rush after prayer.
Wheelchair Handlers
Availability of wheelchair handlers is subject to approval from Saudi authorities.
Charges for handlers are not included in the package and must be paid separately.
Handlers are available only in Makkah during Hajj days and not in Medina. Pilgrims must arrange their own wheelchairs.
Handlers not allowed to enter in Haram due to regulations of KSA, but the Wheel chair service / Golf cart service can be availed by paying extra charges for Umrah & Tawaf e Ziarah performance.
Walking Requirements
During the 5 days of Hajj, pilgrims may need to walk long distances, particularly in Mina / Aziziya (including Tawaf e Ziarah) upto 37 km in 3 days, due to transportation restrictions imposed by Saudi authorities. This is beyond the control of group organizers.
Booking and Payments
Final booking will only be confirmed upon full payment & according to instruction made by Ministry of Religious Affairs. Hajj payments are non-refundable once the application form is submitted to MORA. (Cancelation Details in enlist form for ready reference.)
Regulations and Agreements
A formal Hajj agreement and official Hajj form will be completed and signed by each pilgrim.
All pilgrims must comply with Saudi regulations (Taleemat) and the Hajj policies of both the Government of Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
A detailed Hajj agreement, as per MORA regulations, must be carried by the pilgrim throughout the journey.

Note: The entire Hajj operation is subject to the policies & avalability of the Government of Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
