Package Cost per Person with Economy Class Return Air Ticket Package cost per person includes an economy class return air ticket through direct or in-direct available carriers operating during Hajj from Pakistan. Hotels will provide extra beds to convert standard double bed rooms into triple and quad occupancy. Single travelers will be accommodated in double or triple sharing rooms. Any change to the airline ticket on the return travel date may affect the package price for the Madinah hotel. Private vehicle service is also available on request by paying extra charges for Jeddah to Makkah, Makkah to Madinah, Madinah airport transfers, or exclusive Mashair service for Mina on GMC through a registered transport company. Overseas Hujjaj will book their own air tickets from their respective countries to Jeddah (20/21 May) and from Madinah (02/03 June), with our assistance and guidance.
Overseas Pakistani Payment is accepted in USD ($) to USD Bank Account from foreign country & Pakistani Hujjaj payment to be collected in PKR (Company Bank Account) according to current market selling rate forex.com.pk. (with MoRA permission)
Package information
- 10 Nights in Makkah Aziziya building with Full Board meal.
- 03 Nights in Madinah Markaziya 4 star Saudi Standard with Half Board meal.
- Maktab Category A with Full Board meal
- Hajj package subject to final confirmation & authorization by Ministry of Religious Affairs, GOP. Any additional fee or taxes imposed by KSA will be payable by the Hajj applicant.
- Qurbani is not included in the package.
- Wheel chair handling cost not included in the package.
- Family wise accommodation in Aziziya & Madinah.
Mina camp close to jamraat. - Air conditioned camps at Mina & Arfaat.
- Three meals in Mina & two meals at Arfaat with dry food for Muzalfa.

HAJJ POLICY AND GUIDELINES
Hajj Quota and Application Confirmation
The limited Hajj quota for 2026 will be allocated by the Ministry of Religious Affairs (MORA). The Government of Pakistan (GOP) has announced the Hajj 2026 policy. Hajj applications will be confirmed strictly on a First Come, First Served basis.
Package Customization
Customization of packages for double, triple, or quad-sharing in Aziziya and Medina is subject to space availability and will also follow the First Come, First Served rule. Additional charges for customization will be borne by the pilgrim as per their chosen package.
Accommodation and Facilities
Mina: Services will be provided under Category A Maktab with air-conditioned tents. Separate sections will be arranged for men and women, as per Saudi Arabia’s Hajj guidelines. Tent will accommodate 16 × 2 pilgrims. However, tents may be merged to accommodate 32 pilgrims in a larger space. Provision of additional private wash room is dependent on KIDANA/TAWAF and MOH KSA policy.
Arafat: Air-conditioned marquees (split into separate sections for men and women) will accommodate an average of 150 pilgrims in each section.
Transportation
Group Transport: Air-conditioned transport will be available for group movements during Hajj days.
Overseas Pakistani (For Jeddah to Makkah):
Can book their own train by self during morning train time (night train service not available).
Can also avail shared bus service to Makkah Aziziya accommodation, which has long delays (already included in Hajj visa).
Private Transport (Optional): For Jeddah to Makkah, Makkah to Medina, Medina to Jeddah, or Medina Airport, additional charges will apply.
Shuttle Service for Aziziya: 24-hour shuttle service will operate from the Aziziya building to Haram until 7th Z’Hijjah. Drop-off point will be the nearest possible location to Haram as per Saudi regulations. Return from Haram will be self-arranged through Taxi/Cab or waiting for shuttle (2–3 hours delay during peak rush).
Wheelchair Handlers
Availability of wheelchair handlers is subject to approval from Saudi authorities.
Charges are not included in the package and must be paid separately.
Handlers are available only in Makkah during Hajj days and not in Medina.
Pilgrims must arrange their own wheelchairs.
Handlers are not allowed inside Haram, but wheelchair/golf cart services can be availed by paying extra charges.
Walking Requirements
During the 5 days of Hajj, pilgrims may need to walk long distances, particularly in Mina/Aziziya (including Tawaf e Ziarah) up to 37 km in 3 days, due to transportation restrictions imposed by Saudi authorities. This is beyond the control of group organizers.
Booking and Payments
Final booking will only be confirmed upon full payment & according to instructions made by Ministry of Religious Affairs i.e. 15 August 2025, 15 November 2025 & 31 December 2025. Hajj payments are non-refundable once the application form is submitted to MORA.
Regulations and Agreements
A formal Hajj agreement and official Hajj form will be completed and signed by each pilgrim.
All pilgrims must comply with Saudi regulations (Taleemat) and the Hajj policies of both the Government of Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
A detailed Hajj agreement, as per MORA regulations, must be carried by the pilgrim throughout the journey.
Note: The entire Hajj operation is subject to the policies of the Government of Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
